For over 125 years, Birkenfelder Hof has stood for heartfelt hospitality. What began in 1896 as the inn “Zu den drei Raben” is today a modern country hotel and restaurant that combines tradition with contemporary spirit. After being rebuilt in 1971 and renamed “Birkenfelder Hof” in 1985, the house has remained a family-run business driven by passion.
The Bender family has shaped the character of the hotel for generations. Managing Director Gerome Bender brings fresh ideas and international experience from top-tier hotels such as Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, Wald & Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe, and Budersand Hotel on Sylt. His goal is to offer guests much more than just accommodation—a place to feel at home, enjoy, and arrive.
